Operational Agreement

By accessing the Force HRM ecosystem, you agree to comply with the operational protocols and security standards defined in this agreement. These terms govern the relationship between Force HRM and its institutional partners.

Institutional License

Force HRM grants your organization a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to operate our human capital infrastructure. This license is subject to the continuous adherence to our performance and security benchmarks.

• Unauthorized protocol engineering or reverse mapping is strictly prohibited.
• Operational capacity must remain within your subscription tier parameters.
• Institutional credentials must be managed with absolute confidentiality.

System Integrity & Performance

We maintain a 99.9% SLA (Service Level Agreement) for core platform availability. Any disruption in service for system maintenance will be communicated through official protocol channels. Users are responsible for maintaining the integrity of their own terminal access and network security.
