We do not share or sell any personal information to third parties. Data may only be shared with trusted third parties where necessary for specific functions, such as:

• Banks and payment gateways for salary disbursement
• Paystack, which enables secure payment processing for company subscriptions

All such third parties are required to comply with strict data protection and confidentiality standards.

We take your data security seriously. All information transmitted between the App and our servers is encrypted using industry-standard SSL protocols. Access to sensitive data is restricted and monitored to prevent unauthorized use, disclosure, or modification.

We retain employee and payroll data only for as long as necessary to fulfill HR and legal obligations. If an employee leaves a company or requests deletion, their data can be permanently removed upon request through their employer or by contacting our support team directly.
